"OLYMPIC CHAMPION FINE CERA’S MARE LINE"
Sicario's sire is the 2017 Holstein Siegerhengst, a stallion who won the stallion competition, Sandro Junior. This year's 8-year-old stallion already has an international sport record of 1.40m and is also an approved breeding stallion in the Hanoverian breed in addition to the Holstein breed. His sire is the World Cup-winning Sandro Boy, who finished his sporting career with Marcus Ehning with more than €1.2 million in winnings.
His best known successors are Grand Prix winner Sabrina, Dr Scrapo and Fantomas de Muze. Sando Boy's offspring are still selling at excellent prices at online auctions and the stallion is also ranked in the 2022 WBFSH top 100 stallions in the world.
His dam's sire is Balou du Rouet, who with her sister Balou du Reventon has dominated sport horse breeding and sales in recent years. On his dam's side, Balou du Rouet can be traced back to the founder of the line, Cor le la Bryere, and has more than 50 offspring competing at international Grand Prix level, 60 breeding stallion sons, and has sold for hundreds of thousands of euros at auction in recent years.
In Germany alone, 200(!) progeny are competing in the S category with a total prize-money of more than €3 million.
Sicario's mare family is a traditional Holstein line (3615), Fine Cera's Olympic champion mare family. The founder of the line is the internationally successful mare Sarbit, born in 1958. Her grandson is Cera (Otto Becker), whose daughter is the Fine Cera with Peter Wylde, who was voted the best horse of the World Championships in Jerez.
