Description

This striking stallion represents one of the first generations of licensed sons of Diaron available in Hungary. Diaron has gained outstanding international popularity among sport horse breeders thanks to his ability to consistently pass on exceptional jumping ability, combined with modern type and attractive conformation. Despite his relatively young age, his offspring are already successfully competing at international level. Among his most prominent sons is Diablue PS, currently one of the most sought-after stallions at Schockemöhle Stud.

On the dam side, Difontano PS carries the influential blood of Chacco-Blue, a truly era-defining sire in modern show jumping breeding.

Looking deeper into his dam line, his second dam Fortirell produced Converter I and II. Converter I is the sire of one of today’s leading stallions, Conthargos. Conthargos is among the most in-demand sires worldwide, with over 270 offspring competing internationally at 1.40 m and above, including the renowned stallion Continental Blue and Conthargo-Blue, who competed at the Olympic Games in Paris with Eiken Sato.

Difontano PS comes from a highly proven performance family: five of his siblings compete internationally at 1.40 m level or higher, with two reaching 1.60 m—Calisto Blue (by Chacco-Blue), a Grand Prix placed horse, and Mencovio Blue (by Messenger), also competing at 1.60 m level. His damsire is the Holsteiner legend Con Air, one of the most influential sons of Contender.

Difontano PS was licensed in 2025 with the Mecklenburg (MCKL) and Hungarian Sport Horse (HSH) studbooks, and begins his sport career this year. This exceptionally elegant stallion, coming directly from the Conthargos dam line, is now available in the Fábiáncsics Horses stallion collection.
