Pursuant to Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Infotv), we inform visitors to our website that the provision of data during contact is voluntary.
The purpose of the data processing is the rapid handling of problems and the assertion of possible claims by our company, as well as the collection of data for statistical purposes, which is made possible by the personal data provided during the contact. The legal basis for the data processing is the consent of the natural persons concerned, which is deemed to have been given by providing the data and by contacting us.
The data processing is carried out by Szikriga Kft. (1174 Budapest, Katlan utca 29., hereinafter referred to as "Szikriga Kft." or the "Company") and its employees and contractors, who are bound to confidentiality under the applicable legal provisions, in particular Act C of 2003 on electronic communications ("Eht.") and Act I of 2012 on the Labour Code, and are not entitled to use the data provided during the contact for any purpose other than the above purposes.
The Company and its contractual partners who have access to the visitor's data through the services provided to the Company are obliged to keep them confidential and may not use them for any other purposes than contractual services.
When reading the website, the Company uses so-called "cookies", which are temporarily transferred from the browser program to the hard disk of the visitor's computer during the visit to the site. These are necessary for visiting the site. The visitor can, however, by adjusting the browser program, avoid the installation of a visit identifier on the hard disk. You can remove the stored "cookies" from your computer at any time by deleting the temporary Internet files.
For system security-statistical purposes, the Company records some data that cannot be used to personally identify visitors, such as the IP address of the computer, which can only be traced back to the respective computers, so no personal data is used and the data is used anonymously only. If the Company transfers the data to a third party, this will be done in accordance with the legal provisions on the protection of personal data.
The period of data processing is one year as defined in Article 143 (2) of the Data Protection Act. The data subjects are entitled to the rights and remedies set out in Articles 14-19 of the Data Protection Act.
